I would like to get some activity going, so here are some questions/discussion starters. (hopefully) I hope I'm not overstepping any boundaries by doing this.

1. What is one of your favorite animated films growing up that is from a foreign country, if there is one?

I remember watching Rocky and Bullwinkle back when Cartoon Network used to air it when I was kid, along with Pink Panther and (most likely censored) Looney Tunes. I'd llike to watch them again, honestly! I do agree that TSON most likely gave Disney the kick in the tail they needed to step up their game. Thanks for answering!
